Return Policy and Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Simon Gotthold Bodner, Beelitzer Str. 45, Kloster Lehnin, 14797, Germany, Email: bodnertools@gmail.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email). You may use any withdrawal form, though this is not mandatory.

Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising if you choose a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer) without delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method that you used in the original transaction unless something else has been expressly agreed with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

Returning the Goods

You must send back or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling the goods in a way not necessary to ascertain their nature, properties, and functioning.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the:

• Supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is essential or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;
• Supply of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiry date would soon be exceeded;
• Supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, if their seal was removed after delivery;
• Supply of goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature;
• Supply of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon when the contract was concluded, but which can be delivered no earlier than 30 days after the conclusion of the contract and whose current value depends on fluctuations in the market over which the entrepreneur has no influence;
• Supply of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package, if the seal was removed after delivery;
• Supply of newspapers, magazines, or illustrated periodicals with the exception of subscription contracts.

Return Policy

In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal, we offer you a voluntary return policy of 30 days from the receipt of the goods. During this period, you can return the goods provided they are unused, complete, and in their original packaging. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. This voluntary return policy does not limit your statutory rights, especially your right of withdrawal.
