Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer shipping for our products within Germany and selected international countries via DHL. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination and the chosen shipping method.

  • Standard shipping within Germany: 3-5 business days
  • Shipping to EU countries: 5-10 business days
  • International shipping outside the EU: 10-20 business days

Shipping Costs

Our shipping flat rates include both packaging and, if necessary, customs declaration. Shipping costs are based on the delivery destination and are as follows:

  • Shipping within Germany: €9.00

  • Shipping to the EU: €19.00

  • DHL Zone 1: €19.00

  • DHL Zone 2 & 3: €29.00

  • DHL Zone 5 & 8: €49.00

Customs and Import Duties

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, customs duties, taxes, and other fees may apply. These costs are to be borne by the buyer and are not covered by us. Please contact your local customs office for more information about possible additional costs.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is received. No processing or shipping occurs on weekends or public holidays.

Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to check the shipment status of your order online at any time.

Shipping Damages

If your goods were damaged during transport, please contact us immediately by email at bodnertools@gmail.com. Please include photos of the damage in your message so that we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address details, or because the package was not collected within the storage period at the post office or a pickup location, we reserve the right to charge you for the cost of reshipping.

Delivery Address

Please ensure that the delivery address is provided correctly and completely. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
