SECTION 4 - SHIPPING TERMS
We offer shipping of our products within Germany as well as to selected international countries via DHL. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination:
* Shipping within Germany: €9.00 (3-5 business days)
* Shipping to the EU: €19.00 (5-10 business days)
* DHL Zone 1 (EU): €19.00
* DHL Zone 2 & 3 (UK): €29.00
* DHL Zone 5 & 8 (USA): €49.00 (10-20 business days)
Additional customs and import duties may apply for deliveries outside the EU and are the responsibility of the buyer.

SECTION 5 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN POLICY
Right of Withdrawal:
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.
Effects of Withdrawal:
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Refunds will only be granted after the goods have been received.
Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal:
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
* Goods made to customer specifications,
* Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if they are unsealed after delivery.
